In 2013, two friends, Anton Krikriev, David Djalagonia both watercraft riders, they decided to organize their event.

The first year only for a handful stand up jet ski enthusiasts. Five years later in 2018, it became a full-blown freestyle event. Attracting top freestyle riders from all over Russia during this 4-day event, making it the biggest jet ski event in Russia.

With over a hundred professional participants showing their extreme skills at the Mzymta River near the black sea, Jetcamp project became a well-known lifestyle event.  Pro, Junior, and Amateur Divisions are available to those who want to enter this exciting competition.

The entry level machines being used are the Yamaha Super Jet, while the professional watercraft riders are racing with the Canadian top-notch brand Rickter.

During the practice of the event, the organization, who had been riding the Super Jets mainly on flat water, started modifying the Yamaha Super Jets in order to perform the same stunts as the Rickter machines allow.

This development, supported, tested and developed by professional riders, resulted last year in two tailormade high performance body kits. The body kits are officially being launched into the market.

One bodyshell is made of Fiberglass, while the other is produced from carbon fiber. But both can fit the Super Jets inner body parts and engine easily.

The company behind the shells, being confident and convinced of the technical benefits of Motul oil after 5 years of development, is now promoting the Motul 800 2T Factory line for these Yamaha Super Jet engines.

Motul is supporting this unique festival from the beginning, growing it together to a unique blend of extreme Powersports, high revving performance and balancing tricks with the Black sea scenery serving as a perfect background.

The event is seamlessly representing Motul’s core values: brotherly, passion and ingenious. One of the participating riders and driving forces being an officially Motul Athlete is Alex Kuramshin.

This powerful and energetic event brought freestyle jet ski riding and a positive vibe to the area. Krikriev and Djalagonia got exactly what they expected; a fun powerful event with highly skilled freestyle riders, and an all-around improvement within the jet ski world of Russia.
