Gallery: 200km/h over water: a dramatic display

Last weekend, Portimão was the scene for the second round of the F1H2O championship, but in the event it became the first actual race of the season after the race in Abu Dhabi was cancelled due to severe weather conditions. Needless to say, the atmosphere was electric.

Off the shores of Portugal, our Motul Media Crew photographer joined CTiC team China, run by the French Dessertenne crew, racing, to capture all the action during the event. F1 racing on water is, without a doubt, spectacular because these machines reach top speeds of over 200km/h during the qualifying session.
